• Client engagement data: materials and access you provide so we can deliver our services, governed by the confidentiality terms in our engagement agreement.
• Usage data: standard analytics such as pages visited and device or browser type.

• To respond to enquiries and deliver our services.
• To improve our website and offerings.
• To send relevant updates where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How we handle client data

We configure AI on the tools you already use. We do not move your data onto third-party platforms beyond what an engagement requires, and we do not train AI models on your company's information. Every engagement begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and client data is deleted and documented at offboarding.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting or scheduling tools), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.

6. Your rights
