The Site, its content, and the North Group name and marks are owned by us or our licensors. Client logos and testimonials are used with permission and remain the property of their owners. Ownership of deliverables we create for clients is addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.

The Site may link to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
